Structure before optimizing
You cannot optimize a process that does not exist. We always start by making visible what actually happens.
RDVCB starts from one conviction: commercial performance is not a talent, it is a structure you build.
Christina Boilard is a sales consultant, sales trainer and the founder of RDVCB, a Quebec-based consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses professionalize their sales department and develop their managers’ leadership posture.
With more than 13 years of experience in sales, sales team management and business development, she has supported hundreds of companies in their growth across Quebec, Canada, the United States and France.
Over the course of her career she has led telephone prospecting firms in Quebec and set up an international subsidiary. She has also contributed to more than 300 sales and go-to-market strategies across close to 250 industries.
That experience gave her a close view of a wide range of methods, processes and commercial realities. From it she developed an approach that is pragmatic, structured and deeply grounded in the field.
Her work combines two dimensions that rarely go together. On one side, structure: documenting the sales cycle, optimizing the tools, defining performance indicators and making results more predictable. On the other, the human side: developing managers’ posture, coaching salespeople and putting in place management habits that make change last.
Her approach is direct, concrete and application-driven. Every strategy, every tool and every method is adapted to the company’s reality and tested with the people who will use it day to day.

A CRM solves nothing on its own. The tool comes after the process is defined.
A successful engagement is one you no longer need. We transfer methods, templates and reflexes.
Conversion rates, cycle length, forecast variance: decisions are made on data, not on gut feel.

RDVCB comes from the French “Rendez-vous avec Christina Boilard” — a meeting with Christina Boilard. The name is a reminder of the simplest way to start: a conversation.
A consulting firm specialized in sales. We do not prospect on your behalf and we do not resell software: we build your internal ability to sell in a structured way.
A first 30-minute conversation is enough to see clearly.
