Services

Two ways to work together: a one-off need or a planned transformation.

Two ways to work together

Choose the scope that fits your need

The same level of expertise, two different rhythms. Many clients start with a block of hours, then move to a signature action plan.

Block of hours for one-off needs

You reserve a block of hours and use it at your own pace: an important meeting to prepare, a tool to build, a second opinion before a hiring or technology decision, a rep who needs unblocking.

  • No long-term commitment
  • You set the priorities, session by session
  • Ideal for testing the fit
  • A fast answer on a specific issue

Signature action plan with deadlines

We set the priorities, deliverables and dates together, then move forward on an agreed schedule. You know what will be delivered, when, and who owns it on your side and on ours.

  • Priorities and deliverables defined up front
  • Schedule and steering meetings
  • Success indicators agreed in advance
  • For a transformation meant to last

Questions about the services

What is the difference between a block of hours and a signature action plan?

A block of hours answers one-off needs: you use it when you need it, with no imposed schedule. A signature action plan frames a transformation: priorities, deliverables, dates and success indicators agreed up front. Many clients start with a block of hours, then move to a signature action plan as the scope grows.

Do we have to pick a single area?

No, and that would rarely be advisable. It can happen, though, when the need is already well defined and very specific. A signature engagement carried out in several steps usually combines several areas, since they build on each other. For example, structuring the sales process without adjusting the CRM or training the team does not deliver lasting results.

Where do I start if I do not know what is blocking us?

With the sales department diagnostic. It runs 2 to 4 weeks and ends with a recommendations report and a prioritized action plan. You are then free to execute it internally or with us.

Are services available remotely?

Yes. Most training works just as well remotely as in person. Some activities, such as field coaching or observing calls in person, benefit from being on site.
